Job Description

Contract Position to March 31, 2025

General Function:

Under the supervision of the ES Manager, Data Entry Specialist will perform tasks associated with the Data Management for the Employment Ontario Program for Miziwe Biik to achieve its mission of providing training and employment services to the Aboriginal peoples in the Greater Toronto Area so that they in turn attain a better quality of life.

Reports to: Employment Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date client files according to Employment Ontario guidelines
  2. Ensure timely, accurate case management including inputting interventions, action plans, updating, closing client files in the Employment Ontario Case Management System (EOS CAMS)
  3. Do pending reviews of closing files in CAMS
  4. Conduct weekly EO file review and maintenance
  5. Ensure information on client registration forms is complete
  6. Assist Employment Advisors with client follow up via telephone and email

Qualifications

  1. College diploma or equivalent
  2. Previous experience in EOS CAMS (Employment Ontario Case Management System)
  3. Accurate data entry skills: Intermediate to Advance technical skills in a PC environment
  4. Strong numeracy skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
