Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior level roles. In this challenging position, you will work closely with the HR senior leadership team and all hiring managers to develop, organize and maintain recruiting processes and initiatives.
You will develop a diverse pool of passive talent to build candidate pipelines and improve the hiring speed and quality. Are you a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and provide suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes? We want to hear from you. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning your requisitions from start to finish, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. You will be a subject matter expert in candidate sourcing.
The role is ideal for someone who has recruitment experience, is fluent in systems and likes to pick up new ones. Financial Services or IT recruiting experience is ideal. We are a team in Talent Acquisition, we support each other and enjoy the interactions we have with our candidates and business leaders.
Equitable Bank is deeply committed to inclusion. Our organization is stronger and our employees thrive when we honour and celebrate everyone’s diverse experiences and perspectives. In tandem with that commitment, we support and encourage our staff to grow not just in their career path, but personally as well.
We commit to providing a barrier-free recruitment process and work environment for all applicants. Please let us know of any accommodations needed so that you can bring your best self to the application process and beyond. All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check and credit check to qualify for hire. While we appreciate your interest in applying, an Equitable recruiter will only contact leading candidates whose skills and qualifications closely match the requirements of the position.
