Job Description
Job Requirements:
Languages – Bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese (required)
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or College/University diplomas/degrees (required)
- Insurance certifications (property/automobile/commercial) (required)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge about automobile, property, commercial and individual insurance (required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Set work priorities for office staff, ensure appropriate task delegation and meeting of deadlines.
- Plan and manage office services, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, security, parking, and other essential needs to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries from both English speaking and Vietnamese clients.
- Conduct analyses of budgeting, contracting, and project planning.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of the office operating budget and ensure effective inventory and financial controls.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Supervise office staff, including records management technicians, fostering a productive work environment.

Salary: $30 per hour
