The Smart Serve responsible sales, service and delivery training program is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as the only responsible alcohol training program for Ontario. Smart Serve is a dedicated advocate for a safer and healthier Ontario.
Event Details
The Smart Serve Certification is a 1 day online certification.
Participants must come to Miziwe Biik to complete the training and take the test. Laptops will be provided.
Requirements for Entry
This training is provided to clients who require it for employment.
Participants need to identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, Inuit) and must be currently residing within the Greater Toronto Area.
Attendees will need to fill out a new Miziwe Biik registration form and Ancestry form which can be downloaded on our Forms page.
