Entry-Level Business Systems Analyst
Our mission:

The Opportunity:
The role you are applying for is entry-level. To support your growth, you’ll be invited into our 8-week Enterprise Simulator training program, led by industry experts, where you’ll upskill on specific tools and technologies relevant to this Business Systems Analyst role. During training, you’ll be remunerated with a Strategio Scholarship to cover your expenses and remove any financial barriers to entry. Upon successful completion of training, you’ll secure your first technology consulting role as a Strategio Technologist.
About You:
You are an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks efficiently. You work well in collaborative environments, eager to learn from others and contribute to the success of the team. With a proactive mindset, you are excited to develop your skills in translating business requirements to development teams efficiently, ensuring clarity and structure in every communication to support seamless project execution.
As a Strategio Technologist:
Once you have successfully completed our Enterprise Simulator training program, you’ll continue as an ambassador to our mission as an Entry-level Business Systems Analyst to:
– Gather and document business requirements to ensure clear and actionable specifications for development and testing teams.
– Serve as a point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
– Track and organize project tasks and deliverables, while maintaining detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and updates.
– Create and update process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
– Assist in coordinating with teams to ensure alignment and support during development and deployment phases.
